About The Position

This is a build role at VitalEdge Technologies, a company transforming how heavy equipment dealerships operate across sales, service, rental, and finance. The platform is central to dealership operations and the company is expanding rapidly. This role is for someone who excels at creating opportunities from scratch, engaging with decision-makers, and closing significant deals that impact business operations. It is a remote position with responsibility for the entire Canadian market.

Requirements

3–5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or complex solutions
Experience hunting, not just managing inbound or existing accounts
Comfortable selling to owners and executive-level stakeholders
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
Ability to translate operational pain into a clear business case
High ownership mentality

Nice To Haves

Experience selling into or working within heavy equipment dealerships
Experience in rental, service, or parts operations
Experience with ERP / DMS / operational software environments

Responsibilities

Create pipeline from zero
Prospect into targeted dealer groups, break into competitive accounts, and generate new opportunities consistently.
Run full-cycle sales, from first call to signed deal, including discovery, value story, demo alignment, commercial strategy, and closing.
Sell transformation, helping dealerships rethink their operations, not just swap software.
Build executive relationships with Dealer Principals, GMs, and CFOs.
Develop territory strategy, identifying where to play, who to target, and how to win, operating with autonomy and accountability.
Represent VitalEdge in the market through events, onsite visits, and industry conversations.
