We are seeking an experienced, self-starting Account Executive, based in the US (North East), to join our ambitious Commercial team. Your focus will be on identifying and generating opportunities with market leaders in the logistics industry to showcase our transformational technology. You will be responsible for growing our pipeline, identifying opportunities, evangelizing our solutions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales cycle. You will partner with our Commercial Implementation/Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a world-class end-to-end client experience through a team-based approach to consultative selling. This role offers a commission up to 100%.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in B2B mid-market to enterprise sales.
  • Constantly meeting/exceeding individual sales quota.
  • Experience with establishing relationships with and selling through technology partners and system integrators within the logistics & retail sector.
  • Experience in large commercial negotiations.

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the full sales lifecycle, from start to finish, to meet and exceed quarterly targets and sales quotas.
  • Learn about client needs, support them, and find solutions by consultatively demonstrating how Dexory can bring real value in their long-term gains.
  • Target and build long-term relationships with C-Suite level stakeholders.
  • Work with the VP Business Development to strategize and execute short/long-term onboarding and growth plans for new clients.
  • Collaborate across the entire sales/commercials function during the sales process to ensure each prospect receives appropriate technical and functional assistance.
