About The Position
We're a well-established real estate law firm with nearly 50 years in the California legal industry and six offices statewide. Our San Diego team is growing and we're looking for a motivated, people-savvy Account Executive to join us. This is not your average desk job. You'll be negotiating settlements, tracking down debtors, and building real legal knowledge — all while getting paid for your performance. Our top performers bring home serious additional income — think $40k+ annually in commission on top of base!
Requirements
- Background in sales, collections, or customer service
- Natural communicator who can hold your own in tough conversations
- Stay cool under pressure and know how to de-escalate conflict
- Eager to learn and grow in a legal environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- No law degree required — just drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities
- Negotiating settlements with debtors and opposing counsel
- Conducting skip tracing investigations (think detective work — locating debtors and verifying financial info)
- Communicating with clients and debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Reading and applying lease language and collection laws
- Keeping cases documented and organized
