We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Coachella Valley and surrounding territories in this unique community-based opportunity. This position will focus on marketing the College of Education within Coachella Valley, Indio, and Palm Springs territory. New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
• Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing priorities even while travelling.
• Clear communication skills, comfortable communicating in person, in writing and on the phone, with well-developed listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed; volunteering for new challenges without waiting to be asked.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate empathy.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory, building awareness of our online academic programs for education, healthcare and business and drive inquiry generation.
• Shaping high impact partnerships for your territory and execute your daily work through informational presentations, calls and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value.
• Providing exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners through a variety of mediums.
• Championing the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
• Using out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them on the right path towards a successful online learning experience.
