We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Executive to lead our Surety strategy and grow our client base in Whippany, NJ. This role involves serving as a strategic point of contact for clients, conducting and coordinating client services, and building sustainable relationships on an enterprise-wide basis. The Account Executive will work in the best interest of both the client and the company to secure appropriate compensation and achieve new business sales goals. This position requires proactive representation of American Global in various professional settings and a strong understanding of the sales discovery process and competitor landscape. The role also involves managing book of business production and A/R reports, cultivating carrier relationships, analyzing client risk profiles, developing marketing strategies, and compiling/approving large project submissions. Additionally, the Account Executive will support the team in responding to RFPs, identifying client surety needs, and presenting custom solutions.
