About The Position

Account Executive to acquire new small to medium size customers within Canada. We’re looking for those who are passionate about technology, customers, growth and closing deals. Hands-on technical experience or technical sales experience preferred along with familiarity of the Qualys applications We’re looking for those who are passionate about technology, customers, growth and closing deals. As a member of the Qualys Pre-Sales Team in Canada, the candidate will be focused on partnering with small to medium enterprise businesses 250+ employees. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to perform consultative sales. Requirements

  • High level of integrity, energy, excellent time management and a quick learner willing to work smart/ hard and self-motivated
  • 3-5 years driving software (SME B2B transactional) sales
  • Relevant work experience driving Network Security software sales
  • Experience articulating SaaS technology value-proposition
  • Articulate his/her sales process
  • Experience cold calling and 'pipeline' management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism
  • Adaptive to change and fast moving environments

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on technical experience or technical sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity of the Qualys applications
  • BA/BS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new small to medium size customers within Canada.
  • Partnering with small to medium enterprise businesses 250+ employees.
  • Perform consultative sales.
  • Driving complete sales cycle from qualifying, demo/evaluation, contract negotiation and through close of new business.
