About The Position

This is a true hunter role seeking results-oriented, persistent, outstanding sales professionals to bring T-Mobile's products and services to underserved markets. The role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory. The Account Executive will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. They will analyze customer needs, use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value, tailor recommendations, negotiate, and close business.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
  • Effective negotiating and closing skills (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Generates leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
  • Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Recommends wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets and accessories.
  • Negotiates and closes deals.
  • Works with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management.
  • Participates in training opportunities on products and services and attends sales meetings.
  • Devises creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
  • Fully applies all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.
  • Manages sales funnel and generates reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
