About The Position

Super Dispatch is looking for a high-performing Account Executive (Shipper Solutions) to drive expansion into the shipper ecosystem, selling our comprehensive Shipper Transport Management System (TMS) and Super Loadboard network. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling technology directly to Auto Transport Brokers, Car Dealership Groups, Rental Fleet Managers, and Auto Auctions. You understand the unique pain points of vehicle inventory management, transport dispatching, and the critical need for supply chain visibility. Super Dispatch is the leading end-to-end transport management platform built exclusively for the auto transport industry. For too long, vehicle shipping has been burdened by fragmentation, endless phone calls, and mountain loads of manual paperwork. We are changing that. By connecting shippers and carriers within a single, unified digital ecosystem, Super Dispatch eliminates operational friction and transforms how cars move.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B software/SaaS sales experience, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Direct experience selling into the automotive supply chain, logistics, or freight technology sectors.
  • Deep familiarity with Auto Transport Brokers, Dealership workflows (CRM/DMS), or Auto Auction mechanics is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional discovery skills, ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals (e.g., General Managers, Logistics Directors, CFOs), and mastery of CRM pipeline hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens. Proof of citizenship will be required during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, pipeline, and close mid-market and enterprise shipper accounts (Auto Brokers, Dealer Groups, Auctions, Fleet Operators).
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery to understand a shipper's current vehicle movement volume, bottlenecks, and manual inefficiencies, mapping those to Super Dispatch's platform.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact web demonstrations of our Shipper TMS, showcasing how we streamline load posting, carrier vetting, automated dispatching, and tracking.
  • Run Competitive Playbooks: Effectively position Super Dispatch against legacy loadboards and manual processes, proving ROI through faster vehicle turnaround times and reduced transport friction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding for complex multi-location brokerages and dealer groups.
