About The Position

We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive - Mid-Market to join our Sales team and help expand Alvéole's presence across North America. You'll own the full sales cycle, selling Alvéole's subscription-based solution to commercial real estate organizations. Through a combination of on-site biodiversity programs and digital engagement tools, we help property owners engage tenants and bring sustainability initiatives to life. Working with senior decision-makers, you'll navigate complex buying processes, build strategic relationships, and help expand Alvéole's presence across large real estate portfolios. You'll join a growing sales team with a proven sales motion and an expanding customer base. We're looking for someone who can consistently close new business while contributing ideas and feedback that help us continuously improve how we sell and serve our customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a B2B environment
  • At least 1 year selling Mid-Market or Enterprise deals
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience building relationships with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to position solutions based on business outcomes and ROI
  • Strong business acumen and comfort discussing financial concepts and value creation
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn about commercial real estate, ESG trends, and customer needs
  • Adaptability and initiative, with a willingness to test new approaches and continuously improve results
  • Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Outbound prospecting experience
  • French fluency is considered a strong asset
  • Experience selling into the commercial real estate (CRE) industry
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPICED, or Challenger Sale
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, call recording tools, and AI-assisted sales tools
  • Fluency in other European languages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through closing for mid-market accounts, focusing on institutional investors, regional owners, and REITs.
  • Position Alvéole as a high-ROI amenity: use a consultative approach to show how our turnkey service increases building desirability and tenant NPS.
  • Navigate the complex stakeholder web in CRE, from Property Managers and Sustainability Leads to Asset Managers and Portfolio Directors, by anchoring conversations in financial outcomes.
  • Bridge the gap between operations and finance: speak to Property Managers about ease of implementation and to Asset Managers about long-term building valuation impact.
  • Own the portfolio motion: strategically identify opportunities to land and expand across a landlord's entire regional or national portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, with a focus on high-accuracy projections for quarterly growth.
