About The Position

Launch Your Sales Career as a Recruitment Account Executive! This is a remote position with uncapped commission and paid training, offering opportunities for career growth. The starting pay is $16.83/hour (~$35,000 annually) with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately $50,000/year (70% base + 30% commission). As a Recruitment Account Executive, you will assist local businesses in finding talent and enhancing their brands through recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A competitive mindset and desire to learn
• Confidence talking with people over the phone
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospecting through phone calls, email, and warm leads
• Learning clients' hiring and marketing needs through consultative conversations
• Recommending recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions
• Growing accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-selling
• Managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Meeting monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding client experience
