About The Position

This role is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relations and requests from global markets. This involves interacting with customers, agents, and overseas offices, finance, mill operations, and supply chain. Key responsibilities include capturing customer demand requests, processing orders, tracking orders, managing order changes, and handling feedback/claims. The goal is to create memorable interactions and forge lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in sales and marketing related fields (Supply Chain/Transportation)
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of pulp production process and global markets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience working within an Enterprise Resource Planning system (preferably JD Edwards, Enterprise One)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceeding analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge on the order life cycle of different order types

Responsibilities
