About The Position

As an essential part of the Americas Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales team, you will join an elite, customer-first organization driving digital transformation for premier enterprise and commercial clients. We collaborate closely with Portfolio Solutions Engineers, Architecture Specialists, and Customer Experience (CX) leaders to orchestrate multi-architectural solutions that solve our customers' most critical business challenges. As an Account Orchestrator, you are the primary influencer and strategic relationship owner across a high-impact portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will align customer business roadmaps with Cisco’s differentiated portfolio, driving sustainable revenue growth through coordinated deal packaging and cross-architectural execution. With a specialized focus on our core secure networking technologies—including switching, wireless, routing, and firewall solutions—you will lead complex sales motions from opportunity qualification to executive close. Serve as the primary account owner and strategic advisor to C-suite and senior IT leaders, translating customer business outcomes into multi-year technology roadmaps. Lead end-to-end sales campaigns across all deal stages (typically $50K–$750K+ deal sizes with 3–18 month sales cycles), driving pipeline from qualification to commercial close. Orchestrate cross-architecture collaboration with Portfolio Solutions Engineers, specialist teams, and ecosystem partners to construct competitive, winning deal packages. Drive deep core secure networking adoption across enterprise switching, wireless, routing, and firewall technologies while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Cisco's broader portfolio. Analyze CRM pipeline data, sales performance metrics, and market dynamics to maintain forecast hygiene and consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue commitments.
