Medcan is seeking an Account Executive Physician Acquisition to build and lead a new approach to physician sourcing: moving from traditional recruitment to a proactive, pipeline-driven acquisition model. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with physicians in advance of business needs, ensuring a steady pipeline of “ready-to-place” physicians aligned to Medcan’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for owning, building, and nurturing a physician pipeline across Ontario, with future opportunity to support national expansion.
