Location: Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC area) Position Overview: The Account Executive is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of commercial clients, including employers, labor/union, and public sector accounts. This role shapes client strategy, leads engagement, and drives results aligned to client goals. Assigned scope and complexity will vary based on experience, demonstrated capability, and business needs. The AE acts as the quarterback of the broader account team, bringing together partners across operations, clinical, analytics, product, and compliance to deliver a cohesive client experience. Regardless of portfolio complexity, this role is expected to lead with confidence, bring a clear point of view, and turn information into recommendations that build trust and retention.
