About The Position

This role is an opportunity to own new business growth by generating your own pipeline through various outbound prospecting methods, developing strategic account plans for mid-market brokerage organizations, and qualifying inbound opportunities to convert interest into revenue. The Account Executive will run the full sales cycle, leading discovery conversations, delivering product demonstrations, managing competitive evaluations, negotiating contracts, and closing multi-year SaaS agreements to exceed revenue targets. Additionally, the role involves partnering across the business with Marketing, Product, Leadership, and Customer Success teams, and executing with discipline through accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and leveraging sales analytics tools to continuously improve performance and achieve quota expectations.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of successful SaaS or technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and winning new business.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience building your own pipeline.
  • Confidence navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and executive-level conversations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, competitive, and accountable for results.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where initiative matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate technology (PropTech) experience.
  • Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, workflow, productivity, or presentation software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Startup or scale-up experience where you've helped build processes and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, phone, email, and creative outreach.
  • Develop strategic account plans and target high-potential mid-market brokerage organizations.
  • Qualify inbound opportunities and convert interest into revenue.
  • Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and consistently create new opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage competitive evaluations and complex buying processes.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
  • Close multi-year SaaS agreements and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maximize campaign performance and lead conversion.
  • Share customer insights and market feedback with Product and Leadership teams.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sale to adoption.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Leverage Gong and sales analytics to continuously improve performance.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota expectations.
