This role is an opportunity to own new business growth by generating your own pipeline through various outbound prospecting methods, developing strategic account plans for mid-market brokerage organizations, and qualifying inbound opportunities to convert interest into revenue. The Account Executive will run the full sales cycle, leading discovery conversations, delivering product demonstrations, managing competitive evaluations, negotiating contracts, and closing multi-year SaaS agreements to exceed revenue targets. Additionally, the role involves partnering across the business with Marketing, Product, Leadership, and Customer Success teams, and executing with discipline through accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and leveraging sales analytics tools to continuously improve performance and achieve quota expectations.
