About The Position

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Mid-Market sales team in the United States. You will be part of a growing sales team on the ground, working with an award-winning product in an industry that is more crucial than ever before. You'll get to work with large global organizations and help them to build and foster a more cyber-secure company culture. As an Account Executive, your responsibilities are to build and manage a strategic sales pipeline through cold-prospecting into target companies, close new business, and hit your sales quota. We'll support and supply you with the tools and frameworks for you to successfully grow our presence in the area.

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: 2+ years experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine interest in understanding prospect challenges and connecting solutions to real business needs.
  • Hunter Mentality & Drive: Goal-oriented, energized by building pipeline and closing new business.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts and articulate value clearly and effectively.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline of commercial opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, navigating complex buying processes.
  • Partner closely with SDR and Marketing teams to drive pipeline generation and account strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospect business challenges and position Hoxhunt’s solutions effectively.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving measurable growth in the region.
