About The Position

As an Account Executive, you’ll lead sales and producer enablement for our layered program solutions. You will own deal execution from proposal through placement and hand-off to service teams, driving long-term program growth. You’ll design and deliver new-producer training and ongoing enablement to increase adoption and ensure producers are equipped to promote the program effectively. Serving as a technical subject matter expert, you’ll analyze client financials, pricing models, and program design, presenting program mechanics and value to senior stakeholders. You’ll confidently lead client meetings with executive-level audiences, and new business, and act as the escalation point for complex or implementation issues. You will quarterback delivery by coordinating with our internal Program Manager, third-party administrators, and service leads to ensure seamless implementation and measurable service execution.

Requirements

  • Producer license appropriate for the state of hire.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Executive or sales role selling employee health or benefit programs or similarly complex solutions.
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-layered deals and driving strategic growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in financials, pricing models, and quoting tools.
  • Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs for producers or internal teams.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client escalation management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with third-party administrators and program/service teams to operationalize solutions.
  • Comfortable with medical reimbursement plans and self-funding.
