About The Position
This role is for an Account Executive in Landscape Construction. The company, established in 1953, is committed to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live through landscaping. They are a team of a few hundred people focused on engaging the community and sharing a passion for the beauty of the natural world. The Account Executive will report to the Branch Manager, Landscape Construction, and their primary focus will be winning commercial landscaping contracts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business-to-business commercial contract sales experience in the service industry
- A natural focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems
- A supportive team player who anticipates problems and works collaboratively to solve them
- A passion for growing a career in concert with the natural world

- Landscape experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for commercial landscape construction services in the Omaha market
- Identify and maintain a targeted list of strategic customers and properties
- Establish outreach strategies and a consistent cadence for connecting with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers by uncovering pain points and proposing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new sales and a positive, reaffirming onboarding experience
