About The Position

This role is focused on driving growth within our most strategic accounts. You will own a portfolio of high-value customers, expanding revenue, increasing product adoption, and building strong, long-term relationships while delivering a seamless customer experience. Success in this role comes from achieving expansion targets, strengthening customer partnerships, and working cross-functionally to support long-term account growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-driven selling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a strategic approach to account management.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales or account management role
  • Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts
  • Proven ability to identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience using account research tools (e.g., ZoomInfo)

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic mid-market customers
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities across ARR, and hardware sales
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline within existing accounts
  • Leverage targeted outreach, campaigns, and referrals to drive revenue
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales-related needs
  • Maintain a high standard of service across all interactions
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly in-person visits
  • Partner closely with Customer Experience, onboarding, and support teams
  • Ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through expansion
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Help align internal teams to support account growth
