About The Position

As an Account Executive IV, you will play a pivotal role in expanding strategic partnerships with banks and credit unions while acquiring new enterprise clients in a highly consultative, data-driven environment. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise, quota-carrying sales, with a strong record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proven success selling into Financial Institutions (banks, credit unions).
  • Experience selling data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, strategic accounts while driving new business acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution design, and executive storytelling.
  • Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to drive business cases and differentiate solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a strategic advisor and revenue driver across a portfolio of enterprise Financial Institution clients.
  • Own and exceed enterprise-level revenue targets through a balanced focus on account growth, retention, and net-new business.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of banks and credit unions, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation.
  • Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations tied to business performance and growth goals.
  • Drive consultative sales cycles from discovery through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to position integrated marketing, media, and digital solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams to develop and execute client solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting within the FI sector, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Deliver business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to reinforce value and expand partnerships.
