Your responsibility is to understand their situation, provide clear guidance on available solutions, and help them move forward toward resolving their tax challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Professional, motivated, and coachable attitude

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
• Build trust and establish strong client relationships quickly
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs
• Overcome objections and close deals confidently
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
