About The Position

Guardian Tax is seeking motivated Account Executives to join our high-performing sales floor in Irvine. This is an opportunity for driven sales professionals who want strong earning potential, career growth, and the chance to succeed in a performance-based environment. In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your job is to understand their situation, educate them on available options, and guide them toward the next step in resolving their tax issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently handle objections
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Goal-oriented and driven to succeed

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients seeking tax relief assistance
  • Understand each client’s financial situation, concerns, and goals
  • Educate prospects on available solutions and services
