This role is for an Account Executive II, Advanced Surgical Instruments (ASI) to be based in the Orlando, Florida territory. Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Surgery is seeking passionate individuals to join their team in improving and expanding the possibilities of surgery. The Surgery team develops next-generation, smarter, less invasive, and more personalized treatments. The Account Executive II will be responsible for selling comprehensive surgical devices and solutions, with a focus on growing energy and endomechanical platforms. The role involves selling surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision-makers, primarily in an operating room setting, and achieving sales forecasts within an assigned territory. The position requires understanding and demonstrating product use, managing customer questions, executing the selling cycle professionally and ethically, conducting sales presentations, analyzing market data, and building strong customer relationships. The role also includes conducting customer education seminars and complying with safety standards.
