About The Position

The Account Executive I develops partnering relationships with strategically identified customers to positively influence purchasing and referral decisions and help operations meet revenue goals. The role supports Hospice of Cincinnati and TriHealth by managing customer relationships, sales activity, and market opportunities. It involves working independently in a field-based or home-care setting and supporting patient-centered care through strong collaboration with colleagues and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Territory management and sales skills.
• Excellent oral, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by developing and implementing sales plans, maintaining appropriate sales appointment activity, using current sales techniques, networking, writing and presenting proposals, and adapting to market and operational demands.
• Maintain current customer information and productivity data in the contact database so reports can be generated and activity and results can be self-managed.
• Maintain customer accounts in collaboration with operations by communicating issues and trends, solving problems, and using sales techniques to retain business for TriHealth.
• Anticipate and communicate customer needs and market trends to internal customers; identify competition, opportunities for new product development, and process changes that can retain or grow business and support TriHealth’s mission.
• Participate in community or professional organizations that strengthen strategic relationships and serve TriHealth’s mission and vision.
• Demonstrate TriHealth’s SERVE Standards and ALWAYS Behaviors.
