About The Position

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Account Executive - Home Care & Hospice Sales. Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. They may work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.

Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience (Required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred); in lieu of degree 6 years of prior sales experience required (medical preferred).
• Prior sales experience (Strongly preferred)
• Prior customer service experience (Strongly preferred)
• Experience working in sales for a health care company (Strongly preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Strong background in healthcare sales
• Home health and/or hospice experience strongly preferred
• Secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities.
