About The Position

As a Specialist, Enrollment (Internal Title), you are motivated and driven, with a self-starting attitude. You play a crucial role in identifying the unique challenges and pain points that our potential customers face in managing their businesses. You engage with service professionals (our Pros) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings. By conducting compelling product demos and sharing expert knowledge, you guide them on how to best utilize our services to maximize their business potential. Your primary responsibility is to demonstrate how our HCP Assist service can effectively alleviate these issues, driving growth and success for their operations. The team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of Our Pros. Our success is their success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in inside sales, and at least 1 as an Account Executive or equivalent role required (software a plus)
  • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce and SAAS experience preferred
  • Interest in development personally and professionally
