About The Position

Coastal Payroll is hiring a California- based Account Executive/HCM Sales Consultant (mid-level) to help employers upgrade how they run payroll and manage people-without the headaches. Requirements

• Proven payroll sales experience (HCM/HR tech/SaaS adjacent works too)
• Strong consultative selling, presenting, and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working fully remote

Responsibilities

• Build and keep a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Run discovery, present HCM solutions, and close new business
• Hit monthly/annual targets and keep your cadence consistent
• Partner with implementation/payroll teams to hand off new clients smoothly
