Asure is seeking an HCM Sales Executive to join their team. This hybrid position will support field sales in the Atlanta, GA market. The HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building business relationships with new prospective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions. The role involves identifying and developing new prospects through self-generation, networking, and business development activities. It also includes profiling and penetrating existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities, developing referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers, creating high-impact presentations, and managing a robust sales funnel to meet sales quotas. The position requires leveraging Salesforce CRM for sales activities and continuous learning about industry trends, the competitive HCM landscape, and evolving technology like AI tools.
