About The Position
Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows. We’ve grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms. Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital. This is an in-person role at our office in San Francisco, CA. We're an early-stage company with extraordinary momentum, looking for someone who's excited to help build something transformative from the ground up. We need a talented Account Executive who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to capitalize on the remarkable product-market fit we've already established.
Requirements
- Execution Focus: Highly motivated self-starter who excels at driving deals from prospecting to close.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions.
- Thrived in high-growth environments where adaptability is essential.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate our value proposition effectively to various stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and articulate our value proposition to technical and business stakeholders alike.
- Understanding of the AI/ML landscape.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales motion, with durable, repeatable success (consistent attainment, President's Club, etc.) rather than a single standout year.
- Experience selling technical products, ideally AI/ML, data infrastructure, or document-processing solutions, and comfort qualifying technical buyers quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to run a high number of concurrent deals without letting quality slip.
- Strong technical comprehension — able to speak credibly about APIs, extraction accuracy, or model behavior in a fast-moving conversation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build rapport and generate urgency quickly.
- Willingness to work in-person from our San Francisco office five days a week.

- Working effectively with cross-functional teams and partnering closely with the founding team to provide market feedback that shapes our product and go-to-market strategy.

- Positioning our solution effectively within the AI/ML landscape.
