The Account Executive, Group Sales, is responsible for generating and selling group ticket packages to clients within the public and tourism markets on a year-round basis. Success in this role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong focus on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and pipeline development. This role develops new business through outbound prospecting, including high-volume outbound cold calling, face-to-face meetings, networking, and other business development activities. The Account Executive cultivates new relationships, grows existing accounts, identifies upsell opportunities, and generates referrals to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. This individual manages the full sales cycle from lead generation through ticket fulfillment while partnering closely with Guest Services to ensure an exceptional client experience.
