You will shape customer transformation initiatives, expand product footprint through whitespace opportunities, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Your expertise and leadership will directly influence pipeline creation, customer adoption, and revenue acceleration across key accounts. Requirements

  • Must reside in Toronto (remote-based).
  • Experience selling into Canadian Public Sector/non-fed.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise software deals, ideally in the public domain.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or adjacent security software domains (AppSec, Data Security/Privacy, IAM, SecOps).
  • Strength in building executive relationships, negotiating enterprise agreements, and driving consensus across multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to uncover customer gaps, build compelling ROI-focused business cases, and articulate clear value outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to tell impactful, customer-centric stories.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise environments, business processes, and technology architectures.
  • Experience collaborating within a matrixed sales organization.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and drive to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account plans and long-term pipeline development.
  • Influence customer outcomes, challenge their thinking, and guide them through a structured buying journey.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently exceed quota.
  • Collaborate with world-class Solution Engineers, Product teams, and Channel partners.
  • Engage channel partners (GSIs, regional integrators, VARs).
