The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who brings their own network from the community banking space, understands the relationship-based, word-of-mouth dynamics of this market, and has the patience and persistence to cultivate prospects over long sales cycles. Community banking runs on trust built in person, through bank visits, industry events, and the personal touches that define this market. This role requires deep community banking experience, consultative selling skills, and a self-driven approach to building and managing a territory from the ground up.
