Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field—an MBA is a plus, or have equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven experience navigating commercial or mid-market SaaS sales cycles, with a consistent history of driving revenue and managing high-velocity deals.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and are known for delivering results with consistency and urgency.
  • Excel in presenting, negotiating, and communicating value clearly to stakeholders at all levels—from technical contacts to C-level executives.
  • Easily build rapport and trust with clients and peers alike. You know how to listen, understand pain points, and become a trusted advisor.
  • Results-oriented, highly accountable, and thrive working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and leverage sales enablement tools to work efficiently and close smarter.
  • Seek feedback, embrace coaching, and proactively invest in your own growth. You share knowledge generously and help others level up alongside you.
  • Excited to visit customers on-site for walkthroughs and discovery meetings to better understand their operations and needs.

  • Be a Canadian or American Citizen, or eligible to work in Canada or the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key Commercial accounts within retail, hospitality and restaurants, or other relevant markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Solink’s product offerings and their application in the markets we serve.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Solink products and services.
