  • Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling department and manage team leads.
  • Run morning reports to monitor completed work from the prior day.
  • Review team members' production and conduct meetings with those having low production.
  • Audit fees being assigned and review COGS.
  • Ensure orders are progressing and client SLAs are being met.
  • Assist management in maintaining vacation time and managing call-offs.
  • Address escalated scheduling issues.
  • Assist the team in daily operations when necessary.
  • Review daily all assigned work in progress reports to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Ensure that all employees meet minimum production and quality quotas.
  • Evaluate reports that depict client activity to ensure efficient team operations and client satisfaction.
  • Review Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports in order to manage staffing and production metrics.
  • Manage and participate in the daily functions of multiple Scheduling teams.
  • Manage workload issues across teams, propose and implement efficiency initiatives as deemed necessary.
  • Enforce staff adherence to client time requirements.
  • Maintain and communicate department policies and procedures.
  • Conduct staff meetings to convey operational issues and communicate new policies and procedures to the team.
  • Take actions to maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain open communication with team members, other departments, clients, vendors, and management.
  • Maintain departmental profitability by keeping costs and fees within company guidelines.
  • Ensure high performance of staff members through appropriate training, i.e. one-on-one training, classes, and coaching.
  • Maintain and approve department payroll.
  • Review and evaluate staff performance.
  • Participate and make recommendations in the employee selection process.
  • Identify and recommend employees to team leader positions.
  • Review staffing requirements within their team and justify those requirements with their Director.
  • Participate in Planning Initiatives.
  • Build and maintain employee morale.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
