Responsibilities

  • Manage a targeted portfolio of key accounts, prioritizing those with the highest potential for SUSE adoption.
  • Build deep connections across the board, from Technical Buyers up to CXO-level Economic and Executive Buyers.
  • Use consultative selling to understand clients' mission-critical goals and tailor SUSE solutions.
  • Be the primary point of contact from the initial pitch and complex negotiations through to closing and handing over to Customer Success.
  • Co-author Account Plans with Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and our Partner Ecosystem to bundle and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling avenues while monitoring market trends to keep sales strategies competitive.
