About The Position

An Enterprise Account Executive at Chargebee focuses on winning new business across both D2C and B2B markets. In this role, you’ll meet directly with C-suite leaders, showing how Chargebee Retention can make a measurable impact on their business. You’ll team up with colleagues across Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue to run strong sales cycles and help customers get lasting value from our product.

  • Leading high-value discovery and demo calls.
  • Multi-threading across mid-market organizations.
  • Understanding the subscription billing landscape and competitive players.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas by landing and expanding strategic mid-market accounts.
  • Own your pipeline by generating 3x–4x coverage through a mix of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting, leveraging use-case-driven marketing content and case studies.
  • Lead high-value discovery and demo calls, multi-threading across mid-market organizations to help customers understand and realize Chargebee Retention’s value.
  • Clearly articulate Chargebee Retention’s ROI-focused value proposition, while understanding the subscription billing landscape and competitive players.
  • Bring a growth mindset, educating customers on best practices in billing, retention, and revenue recognition as they modernize and scale their businesses.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, collaborating closely with solutions consultants, internal executives, customer success, and legal/finance teams to drive successful outcomes.
