About The Position

Contáctica is seeking a strategic, business-oriented, and digitally fluent Account Director to lead key client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact digital solutions. This role requires an individual who can deeply understand client business challenges, translate them into clear strategic opportunities, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong client leadership, digital expertise, media knowledge, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Director, Account Lead, Client Partner, or similar senior client-facing role.
  • Strong experience managing leading brands and complex client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, digital ecosystems, media, performance, content, CRM, web projects, digital platforms, and customer journeys.
  • Previous experience working with media strategy, media planning, or paid media teams.
  • Strong ability to interpret, manage, and act on digital KPIs and performance data.
  • Experience leading or coordinating projects involving web development, digital platforms, or technology solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, client management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Experience managing crisis situations, client escalations, and high-pressure scenarios.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business objectives, digital opportunities, and executional plans.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on profitability, growth, and value creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital account management, client leadership, or strategic account roles.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • Experience working with regulated and highly sensitive industries, especially insurance, health plans, medical coverage, or services connected to the healthcare ecosystem, is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and strengthen strategic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
  • Understand each client’s objectives, business challenges, industry context, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop integrated digital strategies aligned with business goals, brand priorities, and performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to add value, improve results, and expand the scope of client projects.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital initiatives across media, content, performance, web, user experience, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure that all client commitments are delivered with quality, consistency, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Translate business needs into clear briefs, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes for internal teams.
  • Manage and interpret digital KPIs, performance metrics, and business impact indicators to guide decisions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with media, creative, strategy, technology, and project management teams to ensure strong execution.
  • Oversee projects involving web development, digital platforms, or technology-based solutions, ensuring alignment between client needs, user experience, and business goals.
  • Anticipate risks, manage crises, and resolve challenges with sound judgment, speed, and professionalism.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the account team, fostering ownership, motivation, strategic thinking, and professional growth.
  • Ensure profitability, efficiency, and long-term value creation across assigned accounts.
  • Represent and live Contáctica’s values in every interaction with clients, teams, and partners.
