About The Position

Belardi Wong is an award winning, data-driven, integrated marketing creative solutions firm, relentlessly focused on driving revenue, profit and customer growth for more than 300 leading DTC brands and retailers across the country. At Belardi Wong, our goal is to provide thought leadership and to inspire confidence with our clients throughout all levels of the team organization. We are currently seeking an Account Director within our Strategic Services Division to join our team of professionals. This is a remote position within the United States. As a part of our Strategic Services team, the Account Director will work with industry leading multi-channel retailers and catalogers in developing, evaluating, and executing their direct marketing efforts. This individual will provide insight to manage the success of their marketing programs and improve efficiency. Interact regularly with internal team, industry vendors, and clients. Some travel may be required. Our “ideal candidate” should possess experience in direct mail, catalogs, CRM marketing, or analytics; online experience in programs like email and social marketing is a plus.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years applicable experience.
  • Leading strategy development and execution of tactics for key accounts.
  • Comfort managing multiple demands and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow strategic relationships.
  • Fluency in complex account planning, portfolio management, and project management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort with managing numerous complex, high-priority projects in a high growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proactive, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding command of MSO (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in direct mail, catalogs, CRM marketing, or analytics
  • Online experience in programs like email and social marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Partner closely with clients to impact their overall marketing strategy by delivering results, expertise, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze trends in client’s data (could be customer file metrics, web metrics, merchandising information, or marketing results) for use in making recommendations or creating plans or forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on experience and specific client results.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive circulation forecasting, planning, production, and analysis.
  • Contact strategy development.
  • Manage campaign production calendar and communicate with all key players effectively.
  • Assist with other marketing programs as needed.
  • Analyze competitive marketplace and follow marketing trends.
  • Miscellaneous reporting and measurement.
  • Update and maintain marketing data in Excel (must be advanced in pivot tables).
  • Conduct extensive post-campaign analysis with all key metrics.
  • Review, package and present findings and conclusions in concise Excel reports and in PowerPoint presentations.
