The Turn Lab is looking for a seasoned, strategic Account Director to lead senior client relationships and drive integrated marketing solutions across key accounts. This is a leadership role for someone who can step into senior client conversations with confidence, bring clarity to business challenges and guide multi-disciplinary teams toward smart, integrated solutions. You’ll act as a trusted senior partner to clients, responsible for both the health and growth of accounts, while ensuring the agency delivers work that is strategically sound, creatively strong and operationally excellent. This role requires someone who is comfortable setting vision and direction, rolling up their sleeves when needed and helping teams connect the dots across strategy, creative, media and production.
