About The Position

As an Account Director for the US market, based in Hingham (Boston), MA, you will be a key member of our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include the whole Sales Cycle with key accounts, developing strategic relationships, and contributing to the success of our industry-leading software solutions. At Retarus, you will work on impactful and dynamic projects, with real opportunities to make a difference. Requirements

  • Several years in progressive Account Management within the B2B software industry, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the software sector, Cloud market dynamics, and enterprise customer pain points.
  • Ability to devise and execute comprehensive sales initiatives tailored to the US market.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using sales analytics and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Based in Hingham (Boston), MA.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing industry relationships in Healthcare and Finance are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage top-tier customers and key strategic prospects by developing and executing strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Maintain direct ownership of a selected portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Drive business development initiatives across the US, increasing revenue, market share, and customer alliances.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through relationship management and identifying new cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and develop strategic business relationships with Senior-Level Executive e.g. healthcare sector
