About The Position

The Account Director, Wave Team is responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills to oversee client accounts and ensure client satisfaction. The position is based at the Dallas Headquarters in Plano, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience in a relationship-building role.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and project management tools.
