Business Insider is hiring an Account Director, Programmatic Sales to join our Programmatic Sales Team to drive our premium programmatic business, expand our first party data offerings and strengthen our relationships with programmatic decision makers. Our Programmatic Sales Team is one of the most collaborative groups at Business Insider, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, high-impact solutions that align with our clients' goals and drive measurable results. In addition to internal collaboration with the Direct Sales team and Ad Operations teams, we work with many external partners (DSPs, SSPs) to maintain strong relationships. The Role & Team: As an Account Director, Programmatic Sales you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the sale of programmatic solutions to a portfolio of agencies, DSPs and in-house clients. The success in this role demands an intensity of effort, demonstrated through targeted outreach, pitch meetings, and securing new PMP and PG deals, in partnership with the Direct Sales teams. The Account Director, Programmatic Sales should be a highly motivated and results-driven professional with deep subject matter expertise. This position serves as a key liaison, bridging communication and collaboration both externally and internally. Externally, the role represents Business Insider in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Internally, it acts as a connector between the Direct Sales team and Ad Operations, ensuring seamless coordination, alignment, and execution across departments. The Account Director, Programmatic Sales reports directly to the Managing Director, Programmatic Sales and sits on the Programmatic Sales Team. This position is based in our New York City HQ with an in-office presence of at least 2 days per week.
