The Xcelerated Operational Excellence Program is a fast-track development program designed to build leadership, operational, and client management skills for aspiring leaders in facilities management. The program involves 3-5 months of rotations across Western Canada, working alongside experienced leaders to gain hands-on experience. Upon completion, participants progress towards leading a single account. The Account Director/Manager role provides strategic and operational leadership for janitorial and facilities management contracts, focusing on service delivery excellence, client relationship management, financial performance, labor relations, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The role ensures contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and account growth while fostering strong partnerships.
