About The Position

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience in media strategy
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, managerial, and negotiation skills
  • A good business sense
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A creative and innovative mindset, as well as critical and analytical thinking
  • Strategic and inspiring leadership
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for developing digital ideas and media plans to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage a team of performance managers.
  • Act as the main digital point of contact for clients, providing a digital perspective.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Propose ideas to enhance client satisfaction regarding digital projects and communications.
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate additional revenue and support business development.
  • Understand client challenges and business objectives, and guide them in their strategic thinking.
  • Work closely with strategy teams to develop a data-driven and research-based approach that will inform media strategy.
  • Challenge campaign results and, together with experts, identify necessary adjustments to achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and share knowledge with internal teams.
