The representative will develop strong sales and product knowledge, interacting with IT and business decision-makers via telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email. Key responsibilities include updating lead and prospect activity in Salesforce, setting qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team, nurturing early-phase opportunities, and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas. The role also requires building strong relationships with the marketing team and Account Executives, and investing in self-development for core role success and future growth. Additional tasks as required by the manager may also be assigned.
