This role is part of the Account Management & Customer Success team, focusing on generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within existing accounts. The Account Development Representative (ADR) will work with a fixed book of accounts, partnering with Account Managers (AMs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify growth within current clients and new opportunities. This position is primarily outbound prospecting with some inbound lead follow-up, emphasizing discovery and qualification to deliver high-quality opportunities that fuel revenue growth. ADRs play a critical role in advancing opportunities and enabling account teams to achieve sales goals through collaboration and personalized outreach, directly contributing to company growth and building strong client relationships.
