Following the acquisition of Rivet, a leading revenue cycle analytics platform, we are expanding our team to help healthcare organizations improve financial performance through greater transparency and actionable insights. As an Account Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will help build a strong pipeline of opportunities while introducing healthcare organizations to innovative solutions that streamline operations and optimize revenue cycle performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and establish rapport with prospective customers.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and effectively communicate complex solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to remain persistent in the face of challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools preferred.
  • Prior sales, customer-facing, internship, or business development experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, revenue cycle management, health technology, or payer/provider operations is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prospect potential customers within the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, health systems, and healthcare technology organizations.
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, email campaigns, and social selling strategies.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, business objectives, and revenue cycle needs.
  • Qualify leads and determine alignment with Rivet's solutions and value proposition.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline status within HubSpot CRM.
  • Support the development and optimization of outreach messaging, prospecting strategies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Consistently achieve activity metrics and pipeline generation goals that contribute to overall business growth.
