About The Position

This role offers an opportunity to help launch a brand-new delivery partner program in the Florida market. You will recruit local businesses to join a hub-based delivery network, working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors. The position focuses on door-to-door outreach, presenting the program, qualifying prospects, guiding them through the application process, and supporting community-based recruitment events. The role involves regular travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers uncapped commission based on partner conversions.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Outside or field sales experience.
  • CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching, presenting, and follow-up.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage leads, data, and documentation in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills to support applicants and resolve issues in the field.
  • Tech-savvy approach with experience working across multiple systems and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to approximately four hours round trip daily within the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
  • Previous field sales experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm for working with others, and a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a two-hour driving distance to promote the delivery partner program.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and encourage applications.
  • Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.
  • Lead and manage sales pipeline activities in Salesforce, ensuring all leads, interactions, and statuses are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and program awareness.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate partner and prospect data.
  • Drive referrals through community organizations and local networks to expand the pool of potential delivery partners.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to prospective partners by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping solve problems encountered during the application process.
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency and professionalism while working independently in the field and coordinating with the broader team.
