Morphe is currently recruiting a Field Sales Account Coordinator to join their growing field team to represent the brand in Ulta stores. As a key member of the Morphe field organization, this role requires strong artistry, sales, and service capabilities, with the ability to educate, coach, and influence store teams to sell Morphe through product knowledge, brand voice, artistry application, and promotional priorities. The Account Coordinator will partner closely with the Account Executive to support sales growth across their assigned territory by driving in-store education, selling side-by-side with retail teams, executing events, and maintaining merchandising standards. In-store responsibilities include selling side-by-side with store teams, leading by example in product demonstrations, sales building, maintaining cleanliness of the gondola, upholding store standards, supporting the execution of successful events, building sales through make-up application, and strengthening store relationships through consistent communication with Leadership and Selling Teams. Territory support involves assisting the Account Executive in supporting territory sales goals through store visit follow-up, event recaps, merchandising audits, and sales insights, as well as communicating store needs, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
