Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• You have strong problem-solving skills and can handle fast-paced operations
• You’re proactive and capable of working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• You have the flexibility to work after-hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
• You communicate effectively and have the relationship-building skills to support and delight customers
• You’re eager to learn and grow within the logistics and freight industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to support customer relationships and manage day-to-day operational needs
• Own daily account operations — from quoting to invoicing — ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Strategically accept or reject freight to maximize profitability
• Manage load boards, coverage decisions, escalations, and timely issue resolution
• Ensure successful scheduling and optimize for coverable time
• Handle internal and external escalations and resolve service issues efficiently
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each account and escalate recurring concerns or service trends to leadership
• Monitor and manage billing processes, rates, fuel surcharges, and resolve any related issues
